Canadian Home Sales to Cook at Around the 10 year Average

Blog by Kevin Kurjata | March 2nd, 2011

According to Scotia Bank, Canadian homes are supposed to sell at around the 10 year average. That's down from the past few smoking-hot years, but still healthy.

In Dawson Creek the average over the past 10 years is 232.6 homes. Last year there 232 homes sold in Dawson Creek. Maybe add 30 or 40 to that to account for brand new homes and FSBO's.

The point is that if we belive the Scotia Bank economists we'll have a good year here in Dodge city.
